Casa de Chafé
Chafé is a civil parish in the municipality of Viana do Castelo, Portugal, with the population of 3000 citizens, that is missing space for cultural and community events. The concept for the buildings was to divide the functions into two masses to fit scale of the town. The long house provides space for classes, rehearsal rooms, offices and a library, is , divided into separable boxes. The smaller building provides space for exhibitions and performances, directly connected to the garden. My main task was to design and develop the concept for the façade and the interior and to prepare the design for publication.
